Land Buyer Settlements
When buying real estate, you’re buying the property and the land on which it stands.

If you’re buying just land, the Title Exchange (or settlement) occurs when you settle the block of land only, not when building of the home is completed.

Titled Lots already have a title, so land transfer occurs straight away.

Off-the-plan purchases do not have a title. Buyers need to wait for the Certificate of Title to be issued, which will alter settlement date.
